The way they opperated after my sons death

After my son was buried, one of outsurance assessors called and wanted to know where my son was before the accident. He called a view time and I told him I don't know, He then contacted my children and asked them. I got furious because where he was had nothing to do with the accident and I told him I want a full investigation from outsurance on the accident seen. he told me it is not there job to do that investigation and that the police must do it. I told then because I had I view discussion with various people at outsurance and told them that they insinuating my son is responsible and I want outsurance to do the investigation. They keep on telling me they are waiting for the blood results. I don't want there money I want to know who is responsible for the accident from them. By there actions they are implying my son is responsible for his and the other guys death. And that has put myself and my wife in a cyclonical state. and all we wanted was to bury him with respect, dignity and love . Now I will never forgive outsurance for what they did to me and my wife.
