The user friendly app is good. A breeze to complete the easy steps. No paper work or bad connecting phone calls. As soon as the claim was completed I was contacted by a claims agent which brought the human side of things into play. Agent was very helpful and guided us all the way to make the process seamless.... We'll done Outsurance. Service providers just as helpful and professional... I'm going nowhere and will advise any person that are looking for insurance or had previous bad episodes with other companies to join ASAP... It just make business sense and u save on premiums as the call centre agents and supervisors can immediately assist if u feel the premium does not suit your pocket... A real winning concept.
