The traumatic experience my son and I had when we experienced a smash and grab incident last week were softened by the outsurance operator who guided me in a very sympathetic and understanding manner to report this matter. It was amplified with the three offenders pointing a firearm in my face. The repairs to my vehicle were hastely and very professionally done.
