The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the quote that I got was much more than I am currently paying and didn’t include any extra of the extras that I have. I have been with the same insurer for almost 10 years and claim free for more than 8, but I didn’t get the promotion value of R1,500 paid out. I did get R500 which I am grateful for but they do not stick to what they advertise.
