The staff is super professional but so human and humble at the same time, like talking to a friend. I started a quote online and then got busy. I didn't finish it but got a call from OUT and decided I might as well finish the quote I started. Boy, am I glad I did. The saving was so unbelievable I couldn't accept right away because I thought it was too good to be true and had to see it in black and white first. The saving was R760... could not believe it. I ended up adding motor warranty cover as well that I didn't have and still saved R474 and have more cover. The service and claims experience with OUT is always an amazing one. Starting a family now with the little one on his way, this saving goes a very very long way but most importantly, I still have the peace of mind that I am in good hands it is not a matter of cheap premium cheap cover. OUT has my back and I am a Outie for life.
