The staff at Outsurance have been amazing. I received calls, the agents were extremely kind and calm. They assisted me through every step I needed to take via sms and email. It took just over 24hrs after the accident for them to come back to me regarding the outcome. Today, which is just over 48hrs the claim has been sorted, documentation fetched from my home and payout should happen soon. This has been an extremely horrific experience for me but Outsurance has helped me and my husband all the way. Thank you so very much for your professionalism and care.
