The staff are so friendly, but I was shocked to hear the payment I had to make for a simple claim that just required my bumper to be clicked back in and a few scratches polished

Please note, there will always be a 1st amount payable (excess) in the event of a claim. If the damages are less than the excess, the client is liable to for repair costs. If the damages exceed the excess, the client is liable for the excess, and we will cover the repair cost. Our client services team will be in touch to review your excess.
