The staff are always quick to reply to any queries I may have. E-mail support and supply of ant documents is efficient. When I submit a claim for my pet the staff are friendly and always enquire about how my pet is doing and would further treatment be required. I always feel like the person I'm dealing with is really concerned about my pets health. This is conveyed when I submit any follow up claims for checkups etc. I get outstanding service and that keeps me a happy client.
