The service was really excellent and totally exceeded my expectations
The service was really excellent and totally exceeded my expectations. I received my rerate letter and called Outsurance. After speaking to Mary who was incredebly helpful and friendly, she not only reduced my new premium but I ended up paying less that what the premium was before my rerate and all the benefits remained the same.
