The service was excellent, I made my claim online and within two hours I got a call from one of their consultants. They went with me through the process and explained how the process works. After sending my documents I got a call that I have missing documents and should send them and before the end of the day everything was finalised, I got a Shoprite voucher and the following day I got the money. I was so happy because I could prepare for the funeral in time and we managed to bury my father with dignity. Thank you so much OUTsurance for your outstanding service.
