The service provided by OUTsurance is outstanding

The service provided by OUTsurance is outstanding. The customer service and support are friendly, professional and helpful. I recently had a claim. Tiisetso Mlaudzi assisted me. A list of what was required was provided almost instantaneously. I was even reminded to submit the claim! The items which I submitted which were not exact to process the claim were communicated to me. Within 24 hours of sending the updated requirements the claim was paid out. I was sent an sms and had a personal phone call from Tiisetso saying the claim was approved and would be paid. I’m super pleased as this helped financially. Compliments to the OUTsurance team for their outstanding customer service and understanding during an anxious time.
