The service I received from the call center agent, Felicity was absolutely stunning
The service I received from the call center agent, Felicity was absolutely stunning. She explained everything in detail and when I asked her to give me a follow up call the next day she did so exactly on time. She also assisted me with some discount due to me being a member with them for over 20 years... It is because of this service that I have never left or even thought of another insurance company.
