The service I received from the Agent was awesome she kept me updated about the claim & when the claim was assigned 2 the asser he even called during the holiday he showed his passion 2 wards his job & his customer his work was awesome incredible I got updated & explained nicely about the roof issue thanks 2 both Jocelyn & Sydney as my claim was finalised without any hassles
