The service from OUTsurance was prompt and helpful

The service from OUTsurance was prompt and helpful. Initially the contact centre number was busy due to high call volumes because of a storm and I requested a callback. The callback was within 3 minutes of ending the initial call. The agents were friendly and helpful and knew what they were talking about and assisted with ease. They assisted to get my premium to stay almost the same, with a R2 increase! I’m happy about that. Thanks OUTsurance, I hope this level of service is upheld.
