The sales rep gave me such a good breakdown of what they cover how it works we spoke for about 45 minutes he really took his time to explain everything Even when it came to the premiums and excess he broke it down piece by piece He made me feel like I was already part of the family before I even paid a single cent Unlike other insurance companies where they just tell you the premiums and excess and they expect you to say yes without explaining what they offer I definitely had the best experience with Outsurance I would highly recommend them If I could I would give them a 10 out of 5 rating
