The sales call started off great , quite interactive and relatable
The sales call started off great , quite interactive and relatable. The sales agent was polite, energised and answered all questions. I was a tad bit disappointed that when she realised that she can’t beat the current premium I already have, her energy level decreased and she ended the call just like that. Not too sure what to take from that call or experience now.
