The repairs to our gate motor which was damaged by a visitor’s vehicle running down the driveway. Outsurance had their assessor here in 30 minutes and the claim was approved immediately. 2 hours later the contractor they appointed arrived and fitted a brand new motor - all in one day. I definitely think that that service deserves more than 5 stars.
