the R400 /R800 cash does not exist, they just want to attract clients

They first sent me an email saying , years has passed since my last quotation, I can do another quote if they can not beat my current car insurance company they will give R400 or R800 if claim free. I was like, well and good may be it's time I get a better quote since my car is now paid up. To my surprise the quotes they gave me were more than what I am paying at the moment, I then told the lady consultant that both options that she gave me were higher than what I m paying at the moment , all she said was I will get back to you I will speak to my manager. They never got back to me , they disappeared because I mentioned to her that I qualify for that R400 or R800 cash. They are doing this to falsely attract clients. I am so disappointed.
