The R400 advertised appears to be a ****

<p>Hi,</p> <p>Quote Ref #: ********** </p> <p>I called in this morning, the 05/11/2016 and spoke to Stacey Moola (not sure of spelling) and spent +-1 hour on the phone for her to either match or beat my current insurance and she couldnt even come anywhere close to what I am currenly paying for insurance.</p> <p>I then mentioned the R400 promotion and she said she will email me the link to enter my details. To now I still have not received the link however received the sms with the pin.</p> <p>I called Stacey and she told me that they keep getting errors in sending me the link, i confirmed my email address and what I find strange is that in the morning I received an email from OUTsurance on the exact same email address "Why Outsurance" outlining the benefits but the link for the promo suddenly returns errors.</p> <p>How do you advertise something that you cannot deliver on?</p> <p> </p>
