The product itself is great and the premiums, however the agents still need more training on how to speak to clients
The product itself is great and the premiums, however the agents still need more training on how to speak to clients. You can literally feel that you are just a sale to them. They are pushy and don’t listen to the client. Try a different approach listening to the client and also doing what’s best for the client.
