The process was quick and easy to log the claim. Once the claim is logged you can track your claim via the app to see the state it is in. They don't notif6you when the process move to the next stage which I think they should add because why do I need to keep logging in to the app to see the process stage where they can send in app push messages. I also noticed that the name of the claim assessor change three times not sure why but the last person was informing me about the process and the next steps as we went through the process. The process was completed In a week. I thought it would take more time and that is the reason as to why I rate them with a 5 stars.
