The phone was always answered promptly by friendly staff but the decisiontaker on approving the quote from the panelbeater was never available
The phone was always answered promptly by friendly staff but the decisiontaker on approving the quote from the panelbeater was never available. It was a simple and straightforward claim but took a long time to get reaction from the decision taker thereby delaying the start of the work on the car.
