The phone call to outsurance was answered in a reletively quick time. The assistant Sime Sithole also said that she didn't want me to use up my airtime and that she could phone me back. This was a first for me that any company had this policy.. Thank you. ALL aspects were discussed with my one car cancellation(being sold) and the vehicle that I am presently driving being transfered immediately on to my name in order to maintain the long running history I have with OUTsurance.
