The people on the other end of the phone are ALWAYS very helpful

The people on the other end of the phone are ALWAYS very helpful. The problem is getting through to you sometimes when you need someone to call you back urgently, and when they do it’s too early, like 07:22 as happened to me this morning ! My phone was still switched off at that time and no follow up call. Kind regards and thanks for an otherwise great service.
