The OUTsurance team handled my claim exceptionally well

The OUTsurance team handled my claim exceptionally well. It was super easy to log the claim, have my car accessed, choose a service provider and get my hire car. I was, however, not happy with the service from the panel beater. I gave them a bad rating on my feedback to Outsurance and they responded quickly, making sure my concerned were addressed and that I got all the feedback I needed. I liked the service that I got so much from OUTsurance that we will be moving our home insurance to them in the new year.
