The Outsurance insurance consultants were very helpful, explaining everything in detail and trying to find affordable premiums and reasonable excess fees for me. Unfortunately, the quotes they came up with were above my budget, so I can't afford them right now. I'd still prefer to have insurance policy with them – I'd definitely consider it if my finances were different. Oh, and they even offered me R500 because they couldn't beat my current insurance rate – so that's a nice bonus! 😊
