The outstanding Cneh from Outsurance

I spoke to Cneh who is the senior financial advisor in her division at Outsurance. It was such a lovely interaction. She was so kind, helpful and patient when assisting me with adjusting my premiums, so that I could still have home content insurance, despite going through the current vulnerabilities of financial constraints. She also assisted me with insuring my laptop. Cneh was also really funny; I enjoyed her humor and light heartedness. It created such a pleasant atmosphere during our interaction. I am so thankful for her assistance.
