THE MOST SHOCKING SERVICE KNOWN TO MAN!!!!!!!!

<p>Today I was in receipt of a phone call from an advisors, after I had submitted honest feedback on a survey received. This individual called myself completely irritate at the fact that her target for the month has been affected & I had impacted her salary.<br /><br /> Firstly I know full well how an NPS (Net Promoter Scoring) scoring works (Detractors + Promoters) & I'm pretty certain, a company should not promote employees to call customers & disclose how ones target is affected. If you was listen to the call I received today, you would be utterly disgusted at this employee raised her voice at myself, victimized me & constantly criticized my actions. Outsurance you be ashamed of themselves for allowing this type of behavior to be conducted & should be embarrassed at how they've allowed *********** individuals to tarnish their brand.<br /><br /> After today it's done nothing but solidify my reasoning's as to why I'll be leaving this horrific establishment. They flaunt how they provide exceptional service & how they cannot be beaten in price but that is as far cry from the truth!!!!</p>
