I have dealt with many departments at Outsurance, from the call centre staff up, the claims department even the emergency services teams.

All i can say is that on all occassions, i received the most amazing service ever. Politeness, going the extra mile, assisting where they can and even helping me with a quotation for a motor warranty, which goes above and beyond their scope of practice. Calling me back to reassure me that they are working on my request.

They trully know how to make a person feel at home and reassured.
