the level of service I received from MPHO BELL was immaculate. She was friendly and polite and answered all my questions, my claim was processed with 30 min from lodging the claim via whatsapp. I would love to send her 10 Stars for her excellent customer service. Thank you to outsurance for employing such great and well mannered staff.
