The lady that called cannot remember her name. She was so friendly, in control, well spoken and offered me a better or similar quote I can potentially look into before canceling my policy. She really made me feel valued, appreciated and I VIP after being with your guys for 5 years. We all in today world want to save where we can and she offered assistance in the best possible way.
