The lady I spoke to was very helpful and informative, my living circumstances changed drastically, as I have recently moved. I explained what coverage I needed, and she happily accommodated me, no mess no fuss, something my current insurer did not want to do for me after many years of being with them, I was expected to jump through hoops and provide information that I had no access too. I have now also moved my car insurance too. I am looking forward to a wonderful professional relationship going forward.
