The insurance policy did not reflect what was agree on the phone

<p>Outsurance initially gave me a quote to insure my car at retail value with a specific excess amount, I renegotiated the quote to include car hire and it was agreed that the excess amount will stay the same. The premium also increased form the intial quote.</p> <p>When I recieved my policy it included a higher excess that was not agreed on and all of the suddent the car is insured at market value.</p> <p> </p>
