I honestly can’t wait to change insurances, Outsurance is just plain out Pathetic and just here for your money, they don’t care about the customer.

I’m the first owner of my home, I claimed for building content that was damaged and they declined me, after fighting them for my previous claim and they paid out for the same damage, they decide not to cover me this time around. The inconsistency of this company is poor!!
