The handling of my claim was very efficient and professional. There was a delay in the service provider receiving parts from supplier/manufacturer late. Once the matter was escalated to client liaison, I felt the value of exceptional service with frequent real time updates from Mpumi Baloyi that eased the frustrations. A job well done as well by their appointed service provider once all parts were received. Very good workmanship and clarifications of the repairs conducted. The wait was long but I guess necessary for the quality outputs from all parties 👏
