The guy at the call center or who i delt with to do my claim or to asist me was very fast in comunication to me on what he needed to process the claim he respond to mails very fast an 1 2 3 he got my claim aproved im now just waitng for the payment to fix the vicle other than that im very happy with the service level an with the comunication i recieved
