The gentlemen gave me a call at the time I requested and was very friendly and professional. He went out of his way to try and beat my current insurance premium by making it as comprehensive as possible. He also stated that he can decrease the premium after three months. Unfortunately my current insurance is still cheaper by approximately R450pm which is understandable as I have been with them for approximately 10 years. Still, the service received was excellent!!
