The gentleman I spoke to was Prince, he was very knowledgeable about the product regarding Pet Insurance. He went as far as to comparing one of competitor companies and went step by step to show me how OUTsurance can OUT-do their premiums. By the end of the chat I was ready to commit to having OUTsurance be my provider for Pet Insurance. Prince also needs a career as a voice over artist, I felt like an advert was talking to me the whole time which made the phone call that much more entertaining! Very pleased with the final outcome of our interaction and being with OUTsurance.
