The gentleman had the wrong mobile number for someone he was contacting and I answered. I used the opportunity to ask for a quote on our car. He was very polite and patient as I wear 2 hearing aids and often can't hear properly and he needed to repeat himself fairly often. The quote was however about R130 more than we currently pay with Auto and General so I declined it as we can't afford a higher payment. He was a great helpful agent and answered all my questions.
