The first ever funeral cover I opened was with Outsurance and the experience was amazing. The guy who was assisting me was patient , allowed me to take me time understanding what I was getting myself into. When I was considering opening a life cover he referred someone to assist as that was, not his department. The lady was polite and funny . She explained everything I needed to know. When I've had enquires, I've always been handled with grace and professionalism.
