PRUDENCE GUMEDE I don't know who I need to contact, but girl, you can be used as an example of what customer service should be like. You can teach that to others. I was not a happy camper when I phoned, but your absolute professionalism, patience for days and help with all my questions, was exactly what I need to calm down. Thank you so much for making my day 200% better

I just spoke to KGOLAGANO MAHUMA for Life cover - what a gem!!
she has the best voice to listen to - she is very knowledgeable, she listens, she has the best laugh. I want to be her friend, we could have a great time. all of this aside, Kgolagano was very professional, very efficient and could answer every question I had. Outsurance I don't know where you get these people, but being in customer service myself, I wish we had a couple of them working for us
