The experience has been a good one

The experience has been a good one. I've been with OUTsurance since October 2022. I've called your your call centre twice and was assisted to my satisfaction both times. I'm sent policy documents once a which keeps me up to speed. I receive one monthly premium back annually, which is good because every cent counts. The only problem is the app. I can't view my policy on it, in fact I can't do almost anything. I ended up deleting the app for that reason.
