The day started with a leaking geyser and a call to Outsurance at 8am, within a minute I got a return call with an action plan set out immediately. 30 mins later a call from the Plumber who arrived 2 hrs later did the assessment and replaced the geyser. All was done in a 4 hr turn around time. I have lived abroad in so called "1st World" countries and have never experienced such incredible service. Not only was the Outsurance agent clear of the process but she also showed empathy for the situation. Outsurance is by far head and shoulders ahead of their game in the Industry, just wish other could learn from their practice ethics. John van der Linde
