The customer service is always a 10/10. I have my car insurance with OUTsurance, and recently took out funeral and life cover. They gave me the most affordable quote, as well as peace of mind for mine and my family’s future wellbeing. My last encounter with Nandi, who helped me set up my policies, was outstanding.
