The consultant who assisted me with my application was very helpful. He answered all my questions and clarified queries I had. But most outstanding was when he reminded me that I was a client of Outsurance 20 years ago. This was a heartfelt moment because 20 years ago my husband died in that accident that caused our vehicle to be a "write-off". This gentleman was so kind in inquiring why I had left Outsurance at that time, and was sympathetic when I said it was only because of financial constraints. He also, without interruption, listened to me explaining about the excellent service Outsurance provided in my husband's death. What a very nice encounter which I did not expect when applying for insurance. The name of the gentleman was Lee Armugan. Thank you very much for your service.
