The consultant was very good when giving me a quote but once they couldn’t match my current premium they didn’t call me for the R500 deal

The consultant was very good when giving me a quote but once they couldn’t match my current premium they didn’t call me for the R500 deal. I even called OUTsurance the next day, spoke to a lady who said I’d be called and didn’t receive a call back. Disappointing
