The consultant was so friendly and clear, and I loved how she walked me through the entire quotation. She explained things so well so I knew what I'd be paying and why. She was also very forthcoming so I knew what to expect once the policy was processed, like waiting periods and stuff which alot of these consultants never say. I like her and I think I'll like Outsurance too.
