The consultant was professional , she called me a few times as I was not available due to my daughter being hospitalized away from my home town. I was driving when she called. The next call I was in the ward . Eventually we were able yo communicate. She was professional, understood what I needed and removed some clauses as my vehicle was fully paid for. I requested to add vehicle hire. Was a privilege to communicate with someone who is passionate about her job.
