The consultant was competant in the assistance as I enquired about additional cover to my existing policy also a separate cover, he spoke about both,however I have not opted to take additional cover due to the costs. I also enquired about my current policy due to an article about a disputed discovery insurance claim that was rejected and he also explained why and what the difference between Discovery insurance and Outsurance.
