The consultant called , then explained and I requested a call back . while he was hesitant about calling back after so many doors slammed in his , I am assuming, I told him to trust the process. He called back , I answered , we worked through some of the questions I had and then completed the application. This process was almost seamless, the app didn't work from the link he sent. I had to download it and navigate my way through it. Still getting the hang but ok. I still need to change one quote but really liked his determination.
